Redirect user to login page with Toolset Access
Started by: Furlan
in: Toolset Professional Support
Problem: I am trying to redirect not logged in users to Woocommerce Login Page /my-account/my-account-settings/ when they try to publish to paid content in my site. I got stucked at the moment of assigning the new Content Template 'Redirect non logged in Users' to the User Role 'guest' inside the group 'Logged-in users only'. Content Template is not listed, actually only Layouts are displayed. Solution: Yes, it is expected result, when you are using both Layouts + Views plugins, Layouts will take over that options, in your case you can create a layout, and display Content Template 'Redirect non logged in Users' as a cell: https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/content-template-cell/ Then you can assign this layout in option "Show Template Layout". see our document: https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/limiting-read-access-specific-content/ Relevant Documentation: |

Problem: I was wondering if there's a way to limit the number of instances in a repeating field. For instance, allow only 5 images uploads in a repeating field. Solution: There isn't such a built-in feature within Tooslet form plugin, it needs custom JS codes, here is an example: Relevant Documentation: |

Problem: I am unable to set up the Classifieds Reference site on a multisite installation because it says I must have Astra, OceanWP, or GeneratePress installed and active on the network. I already have Astra active on the network. Solution: We have released an update to the installer that should resolve this issue. |

How to create a filter for a View that is not editable on the Front end, but could still be called through an URL parameter?

ProblemI want to create a View that allows me to filter the Posts by some arguments, but I do not want to add a Front End Filter. I want only to pass the search data to an URL and that will update the Results. SolutionYou can use the Query Filter for filters that you do not want the user to edit or manipulate with a Custom Filter Input, but still being able to call and used them as URL parameters. To do this, in a View open the Query Filter, select to filter by the item you want, and choose to filter by the URL argument. Now you can append that URL argument to the Page where you insert your View, and pass a search term to it to filter your View's results. |

How to order a view by a field in a Parent Post Type

Problem: Solution: To order by properties of something else would require a custom DB query with table joins that is not currently supported by Views. Future versions using the new post relationships will see this functionality added. |
