The issue was there is custom JS added to theme's settings that caused the issue and the custom JS was added at Genesis => Theme Settings => Header Scripts
Problem: I have a slider View that shows 4 results per page in random order. There is a warning message showing in the View editor screen that I should either remove pagination or remove random order.
Solution: I have requested an internal review of this error message. It seems like the message should clarify the potential problem here: results may appear multiple times on multiple pages when pagination and random order are used together in a View.
Problem: On the single post template, I would like the next and previous links to point to the next or previous post in the same category. Several posts will have the same publish date and time.

To display taxonomy as dropdown you should set your taxonomy as "Hierarchical" by editing your taxonomy from:
=> Toolset => Taxonomies => Edit your taxonomy
=> Under section "Taxonomy Type" set it as "Hierarchical" and save your taxonomy
