When a View contains a parametric search with at least one filter by a taxonomy, the search controls can fail to display any options for that filter.
This can happen when a previous filter by another taxonomy was used, and that old taxonomy does not exist anymore.
This issue will be fixed in the new Views release. In the meantime, you can download this file, extract it and overwrite the file with the same name located in ../wp-content/plugins/wp-views/embedded/inc/classes/.
