Resolved in: This issue is resolved by Divi Theme Developers in Divi Theme.
Toolset allows you to use Divi Builder for designing Content Templates used in Views Loops.
This doesn’t work with Divi Builder version 4.0 and above.
Instead of the items you query, the loop will display the current page’s data (i.e. the page where you inserted the View).
There is no solution for this right now. We suggest to not update Divi to 4.0 version at the moment.
The Divi Developer Team resolved this in the Divi Theme. The next release of Divi Theme will hold the fix, because this issue was not due to Toolset.
