StyleKits by AnalogWP plugin causes fatal error in Types

Symptoms

When the StyleKits plugin (by AnalogWP) is active alongside Types it triggers the following fatal PHP error:

PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function get_plugins() in /.../wp-content/plugins/types/vendor/otgs/installer/includes/class-wp-installer.php:2389

Workaround

This has been fixed with Types 3.4 release.
