Separating a View into a search form and results in Views cell duplicates the form

Symptoms

In Content Layouts, when you use two cells to display a View, one for the search and the other for results, each cell displays the full View on the front-end.

Workaround

Use either of these:
– Inserted the View using Visual Editor cells and shortcodes.
– Stop editing with Layouts, but keep the layouts design, add the parameters manually in the native post editor to the View shortcode (view_display=”layout”)
