Post relationship metabox includes custom field groups which should not be listed

Symptoms

In some cases, the post relationship metabox can include custom field groups which should not be listed there.

This can happen in the following scenario:

• You have a relationship between two post types.
• You have a field group which is not assigned to either post type but instead has a template condition to only appear for posts using a certain template. Posts of neither of these post types use the template you selected here.

The issue:

• When you use the “Add new…” or “Connect existing…” buttons of the relationship metabox on a post edit screen, the dialog includes the field group which does not belong there.

Workaround

Currently, there is no workaround for this issue.
