LearnDash LMS: Groups menu item in wrong position if Access active

Symptoms

LearnDash LMS creates a Groups post type and adds this as a sub-menu item, under the main LearnDash LMS menu.

If Access is active, the Groups gets promoted to a top-level menu item (like a regular custom post type).
