Icons missing when editing Forms if Gravity Forms is active

Symptoms

When editing a Toolset Form with the visual editor, the trash icon to remove a field from the form appears to be missing, if Gravity Forms plugin is active and also if in Toolset > Settings Font Awesome version 5 is specified.

Workaround
