Fatal errors activating Access alongside “Paid Memberships Pro – Membership Manager Role Add On”

Symptoms

When activating the Access plugin, if the “Paid Memberships Pro – Membership Manager Role Add On” plugin is already active a fatal error occurs:


PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Maximum function nesting level of '256' reached, aborting!


Workaround

We will address this issue, but in the meantime the error can be avoided by activating Access before activating the “Paid Memberships Pro – Membership Manager Role Add On” plugin.
