Custom User Role not allowed to edit others post, even if set so in Access

Symptoms

When you control Custom Post Types and native Post Types with Access, and have the Custom users with capabilities copied from the “administrator” role, then the Custom user is not able to edit or manipulate other user’s posts.

Workaround

Add each a post per type at least, one each user role.
This means your new custom role user should author each type one post.
