Symptoms

CRED does not show the default value previously set in Types for the Select field.

 

Workaround

This issue will be fixed in the next release of Toolset CRED.

Until then, you can download, this file this file, extract it and use it to overwrite the existing file in your website’s ../plugins/cred-frontend-editor/embedded/classes/ location.

Please remember to make a backup before doing this.

    The file above did fix the problem, so thanks for that, but I’m wondering why this is still an “Open” hotfix that “will be fixed in the next release of Toolset CRED” when this was a known issue last month and yet there was a new release of Toolset just yesterday.

  • I’m getting the following error when I try to use this patch:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined method CRED_Form_Builder_Helper::CRED_uploadFeaturedImage() in /home/underg28/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cred-frontend-editor/embedded/classes/Form_Builder.php on line 2083
