The issue happens when Avada theme is installed with Fusion Builder plugin and CRED is activate. When you try to create or edit a CRED form the page breaks and a Console Error is logged.
The problem will be fixed in the next version of CRED.
In the meantime, the fix can be applied using this patch. Download the patch, extract its contents and replace:
CRED_Admin.php file in cred-frontend-editor/classes/ folder.
This doesnt work properly. The Wizard goes no further than the ‘Settings’ page and clicking to exit the wizard opens a form top left, most of which is off screen. I can click to exit the wizard though even though I cant see the button and then everything seems to be working after that.
For pre-existing forms I can now edit them as expected so this is working.
Also when trying to delete a form, the deletion popup also appear top left with most of the content not visible.

Our team has tested the fix again thoroughly but we didn’t encounter any issues whatsoever. It could be that some other plugin in your site is causing a conflict.
