What problems were you experiencing before you joined Toolset?
Our company builds websites with complex data architectures for our clients. The problem was we were taking time with specific aspects of it, adding the content and structuring the pages, for example, so we wanted a solution to make it quicker and easier.

What did you like the most about Toolset?
It’s ease of use and potential. I think it’s one of those sets of plugins where you can spend a while exploring it before you discover exactly what you can achieve.
For example, we have used Views and Layouts which have made it so easy to add multiple content types and layouts with advanced functionality. It was actually easy to do what I wanted with it.
How exactly has Toolset benefited your business?
Toolset has made it faster, cheaper and easier to build complex websites for our customers. We haven’t had to code everything which has saved us a lot of time.
Programmers always need a margin when they are up against tight deadlines and this certainly provides that.
What did you think of Toolset’s documentation?
The documentation was very easy to follow. I especially liked the sample sites, it was great to be able to import a theme and to test it out.
What did you think of Toolset’s support?
Your support is very good. I think I’ve sent a couple of tickets and I received responses within 24 hours so I was happy.
