Project Xt-EHR site. XT-EHR represents a significant, collaborative step toward establishing a truly interoperable, secure, and patient-centred European Health Data Space (EHDS)—an essential milestone on the road to building a future European Health Union. Coordinated by the National eHealth Authority (NeHA) of Cyprus, and with the active involvement of all EU Member States and Norway, the project brings together experts from more than 50 Competent Authorities and Affiliated Entities across Europe.
