The Western Jets website serves 3 locals in the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.

The purpose is to post a course schedule and allow members to sign up for courses and track the courses taken. Members can also request specific course from a pre-defined list of available courses.

Training Coordinators create a course posting by filling in a few fields using Forms.

Members can view the available courses and sign up for a course.

Training Coordinators can view reports based on individual members, course types, training requests, etc.

All functionality including the membership and course sign up were created using Toolset.

Since many of the people using this site aren't frequent users of technology, there's extensive context sensitive help available throughout the website.
