Vinehouse Hiring is a recruiting company. Our task was to automate their hiring system as far as possible, ensuring human interaction prevailed over digital recognition.

We used toolset Types, Views, and Layouts, in conjunction with a custom plugin, to develop a WordPress Post Type app for Vinehouse to write their application forms. This enabled the automation of form creation taking account of the question type (paragraph/checkbox/radios/text), and the ability to apply criteria explanations for use by the scorers on each question. The application form answers are passed to a custom table which can then deliver a convenient method for the scorers to mark multiple submissions quickly and apply an overall score per candidate as a pie chart based on how many of the vital characteristics and skills are required.

Aside from this background app, we also revamped their entire web offering, bringing two sites into one and adding stronger sales pages to ensure they convert more interested visitors to clients.
