The website represents a custom made ticket and e-commerce system. Doctors and Health organizations are able to register and order various options of Radiology reports (with right away or delayed payment). Reports then are getting picked up by Radiologists who can access necessary data and create Radiology report available for requesting doctor and/or health organization. Orders have a complex custom pricing models allowing to adjust final cost of report based on various settings.

Doctors and Health organizations are able to see the status of radiology report, payment information (including custom invoice), and details on former and existing orders. They can also manage their profile information including user account and profile posts, payment information etc.

Doctors can work with multiple Health Organizations and vise versa. This allows Health organizations to create orders for their doctors and provide an access to necessary information for doctors regarding radiology orders and reports. Doctors who work for multiple Health organizations correspondently can provide them necessary information and access to manage order reports. Both: Doctors and Health organizations can manage their relationship under My Account page.

When radiology report order is created, the portal Office administrator (with a special user role and access) is able to review order and assign Radiologist who would work on creation of report.
Also Office administrator is able to view all orders and reports and do editing if necessary. It also has an access to financial and statistical reports. These custom created reports includes information about orders with online and delayed payments, performance of radiologists, user registration etc.

Radiologists are able to manage new and completed orders as well as reports under special Dashboard. Dashboard view has filter that helps to find information. They can do necessary editing if required and also they can create Radiology reports.

Radiology reports consist of various custom post to support functionality of having multiple report files, notes as well as changes reviews of this information. Report notes allows to radiologist send an email notification to doctor and/or health organization.

All necessary processes are support by email notifications to specific users of specific roles.
In creation of this website we used all spectre of Toolset functionality: from multiple custom user roles to connect custom posts, registration forms with payments, CRED forms, custom views with components available for specific user roles etc. There are many custom short codes and custom functions integrated with Toolset to run necessary functionality.
