When WPML is active some post menu items are missing for editor role

Symptoms

When you log in as Editor with Access and WPML active, the native WordPress Posts Menu will miss the All Posts and Add New new Post submenu.

Workaround

You can follow these steps:

1. Go to Toolset -> Access Controls -> Post types.
2. Set the Managed by Access option for Posts and save.
3. Set the Not managed by Access option for Posts and save
