Toolset Forms not saving Sort Order for Repeating Fields and Repeatable Fields Groups

Symptoms

Toolset lets you add Repeatable Field Groups and Repeating Fields to posts.

Those two features have (in the Repeating Field case hidden) custom fields that determine the “Sort Order” in which they appear in the post (and other places, like Views, for example).

If you use a Toolset form to add Repeatable Field Groups or Repeating Fields, the respective “Sort Order” fields are not saved.

This means that, for example, every post you add using a Toolset form that has Repeating Fields, or every Repeatable Field Group you add using a Toolset form, when displayed by a View will not appear in the order set by those “Sort Order” fields.
