Toolset Forms Conditionals not applied after the form is submitted but kept displaying (using AJAX)

Symptoms

When you submit a Toolset form using AJAX and the form is configured to keep displaying after submission, then Toolset Forms Conditionals will not trigger anymore.

For example, let’s say you use a conditional to hide a form field until the Title field value is “Test”. After submitting the form the first time, even adding “Test” to the title won’t show the conditionally hidden field anymore.
