The CRED button to insert a form shortcode is missing from Avada text modules editors

Symptoms

When using Avada and its Fusion Builder, the Text Module editor does not display the CRED button for inserting CRED shortcodes.

Workaround

We are aware of this issue and we will provide a solution for it in a future version of Toolset CRED. In the meantime, we can not offer any workaround.
