Prevent PHP fatal errors during Views exporting when View settings are corrupted or View uses images that no longer exist

Reported for: Toolset Views 2.6.3

Resolved in: 2.6.4

Symptoms

In Views, when for some reason the View settings become corrupted and when the View uses images that no longer exist, PHP fatal errors were thrown.

Workaround

This issue will be fixed in the next release of Toolset Views.

In the meantime, download this file, extract it and replace:

  • wpv-import-export.php in the /wp-views/inc folder
