Permission denied for a Toolset forms even if a specific user is allowed to access it

Symptoms

There is an issue that prevents specific users to access Toolset forms on the front-end even if they are explicitly allowed to access it.

This issue happens in the following case:

• You used Access to prevent access to a specific Toolset form for users with Subscriber role.
• You used Access to allow specific users with Subscriber role to access the Toolset form on the front-end.

When these specific users visit the form on the front-end, they should be able to access it, but instead, they get the “Permission denied” message.

Workaround

We are aware of the issue and will work on it as soon as possible.

For now, you can apply the following fix:

• Download and extract this archive permissions_third_party
• Replace the file types-access/application/controllers/permissions_third_party.php with the one extracted from the previous archive.
