Layouts tab and accordion cells are missing when trying to add a layout cell

Symptoms

After updating from 2.4.3 or previous to 2.5 or later, you can’t add a tab cell or an accordion cell in a Layout because these Cells are missing in the Layouts.

Workaround

This bug will be fixed in the future release.
