CRED forms cannot be loaded on the frontend by third party AJAX calls. For example, when you perform an AJAX pagination or custom search in a View that includes a form, the form is no longer displayed or is not displayed properly, after the results update.
There is no workaround for this issue at the moment. Our development team is working on it and we will provide a fix, as soon as it is available.
