CRED edit post links should be available for authors of drafts and private posts

Symptoms

The CRED edit-post link shortcode, which you can insert using the Fields and Views dialog, is not displaying edit links for posts that are not published. This means that drafts, private, or future posts can not be edited on the front-end using a CRED form by users who have permission to edit them on the backend.

The problem arises because posts are edited on the front-end at the URL permalink which is generated when they are published. Drafts, private, and future posts are normally not available on the front-end at this URL, so a different approach is needed for them.

Workaround

This problem will be fixed in the next version of Toolset Views. In the meantime, this patch can be used by extracting the file it contains and uploading it to /embedded/inc/third-party/ folder, replacing the existing file with the same name.
