When you define notifications to be sent by a CRED Post Form where CRED Commerce covers the payment process, and those notifications are set to be sent on specific purchase status changes, the notifications will instead be sent on any purchase Status change step, and one (“Order complete”) is not sent at all.
This issue will be resolved in a future release of Toolset CRED.
Meanwhile, it is suggested to not use CRED for notifications on specific Order Status changes but to fall back on WooCommerce’s email mechanisms in these cases.
