Conditional and custom fields are not working in Forms messages that use AJAX submission

Symptoms

There is an issue with messages shown instead of a form after it has been successfully submitted.

Those messages are supposed to be able to display data form the just created (or edited) post (or user). However, when the form is submitted withou page reload (using AJAX), any shortcode that should be displaying data for the relevant created (or edited) post (or user) will produce data for the page containing the form, or for the current visitor.

This afects any Toolset shortcode that depends on this context, including conditional shortcodes.

Workaround

This issue will get fixed in the next version of Forms. Until it gets released, this patch can be used to solve the problem.

To apply the patch, just unzip it, and upload the file it contains, to replace the one with the same name, located in the /application/models/form/ directory of your Toolset Forms installation.
