Cannot select the default user email in Toolset User Form notification

Symptoms

When adding a notification to a Toolset User Form, there is an option to select the email from a field that’s added to the form.

You can find this field after enabling the Send notification to an email specified in an email field included in the form option.

The problem is that the default email field is not listed in the To select menu.

Workaround

This has been fixed in Forms 2.3.2
