Bridge Theme and Toolset Forms conflict produces JS errors and breakes the Forms GUI

Symptoms

When you have the Bridge Theme active and want to create a new Post or User Form, the user interface of Toolset Forms looks broken, and several JavaScript errors appear in the console.

Workaround

This issue will be fixed in the upcoming version of Toolset Forms.

Until then, you can solve it by replacing the editor.prototype.js file, found in the ../cred-frontend-editor/public/js/ folder with this file.
