“Add New” shortcode for taxonomy term in Forms is duplicated, or not shown at all

Symptoms

The link “+ Add New” to add a new custom taxonomy term in Forms is inserted in the Form twice by the non-expert Form builder. If you edit the Form using expert mode, you can see the shortcode is inserted twice. In the non-export Form builder.

Workaround

There is no workaround for this.The issue has been reported to the development team and they will work on it as soon as possible.
