(Using Local host)
I purchased Astra Pro to use in creating a Classified site but am not having much success.
I am finding Astra very difficult to learn.
So I wondered if there are other good Templates I could use as a stepping stone, in my endeavour to create a Classified site using Toolset.

Sorry you are not getting on well with Astra. I'm not sure what to recommend specifically, as it very much depends on individual preferences—as your experience attests—but we have a page listing themes that are recommended to work well with Toolset:

Looking at the various examples I do not see examples of this type of site. I feel sure with good knowledge of Astra this could be achieved but starting from scratch may be a wrong approach.
The method of taking a fee does not seem to be mentioned, I expect this could be done but I do not see it mentioned.
I did discover lien caché which may be a step forward.
