As the previous ticket is closed the system automatically removed any login information that you shared with us.
That is why I'd appreciate it if you coudl provide the login information again by setting the next reply a sprivate and there provide any staging packages or items that was needed.
Also, fyi - Tell your web developer to allow .tgz formatted Duplicator files in the Duplicator link field in the private reply form.
I got an error when pasting the link into that field.
What you should do - create a new database and give me access details for that database (user/pass) and create a new staging space where I can updload the duplicator files and then install the duplicator with the newly database you creataed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
Minesh, I really don't understand your request. I did EXACTLY as you asked. I created the staging site with the duplicator package that I provided to you. You said that you had installed that on your server and were able to fix the fields and text block successfully, so you told me to install the SAME duplicator site on a new staging site so that you could log in and perform the fix. I have done this, but you are now asking for something else? If you successfully fixed it on your server, why don't you just create a fixed duplicator file and send it to me?
You have helped me many times over the years, and have always provided EXCELLENT and prompt solutions to my questions/problems, but this has been a very frustrating and disappointing process.
In the time it took for you to troubleshoot this issue (ticket opened 7 April !), I have completely rebuilt the entire site from scratch without any permalink fatal errors and without any broken Toolset blocks.
Since I have now resolved the issue myself, I am going to close this ticket.
