Problem:
The customer reported that one of the custom field groups and one of the custom fields are not appearing in the dynamic source settings for the "Single field" block.
Solution:
Checked the website using the provided admin access and noticed that the mentioned custom field group and the custom field were available now.

I am trying to: create a content template using custom fields but (i) some of the field groups are not appearing in the dropdown - I created a field group called 'test group' and this does not appear; and (ii) in some of the field groups, the individual fields are not appearing, eg I created a group called 'website and social media' but in the dropdown, the website field foes not appear, just the three social media fields.

I expected to see: dropdowns in sidebar showing all field groups and the fields within the groups
Instead, I got: some groups not visible (test group) and some groups do not show the fields within them (eg website and social media, and products and services)
