Hi I have a bunch short youtube videos thatI want to share dynamically on my product pages with toolset.

But I get the error message in the screenshot. Please advise

Thank you for getting in touch.

Can you let me know what type of custom field you're using to add your video ?

Ideally you should be using the Embedded Media custom field type to add the youtube shorts URL to your site.

I tried the embedded media on my end and it works fine with the short urls.

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the website so that I can have a more detailed look at this for you ?

Hi Sunil,

I understand the issue now.

It's the youtube video block that doesn't support the youtube shorts. I will escalate this to our 2nd tier team for them to make contact with our development team to improve this.

As a workaround you can use the single field block to load the video. I've already set this up at the link below.
