Toolset Types add-on not displayed during import process using WP All Import

This support ticket is created Il y a 4 years, 3 months. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

The Types addon is created and maintained by the WP All Import team so you will need to contact them in order to inquire about it.

Hi,

thank you for your answer, I'd like to request a refund ( I purchased the license only yesterday ) as I need to purchase the WP ALL IMPORT PRO license to use the "Types" add-on to complete the import and it's too expensive as a solution.

There are other methods of importing Types custom fields and they can be seen at the link below.
