[Résolu] The site breaks after the Toolset plugin updates

This support ticket is created Il y a 6 années. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi

On WP 4.9.8 if I update one of these plugin the site is no longer available

Any idea please?

Dear cyril,

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please check these:
1) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2017, and test again

2) Enable the PHP debug mode and test again, copy/paste the debug logs to the ticket

It seems it was related to the theme (??) because when i reverted to a backup site and switched to the "Twenty Seventeen" (1.7) theme I could update the plugins without any issue.

Did you get the PHP debug logs? please copy/paste them here.

Since it is a compatibility problem with your theme, if you need assistance to locate the problem, please provide a copy of your website, I need to test it in my localhost. thanks
