Hi Jamal, I want to let you know that I was trying to fix this - was in the process of disabling all the plugins when the website generated error and crashed.

The Site Host helped me get into WP Dashboard using another theme. However, each time I try to activate the theme that contains all my work (OceanG) - the website crashes and I am not able to log into WP.

I am trying to learn how to fix it. If you have any resources, please let me know.

Hello,

To find out what is causing issues between your theme and other plugins, you will have to activate PHP debugging, then activate/deactivate plugins, visit the frontend or backend. And check any written errors to debug.log file. That will help you understand where the issue is. Maybe you use a plugin function on your theme, and when the plugin is deactivated and the function is not found, PHP triggers a fatal error and crashes the site.

I restored the website to an earlier version. The issue is that the WordPress Archive (Product Organiser Archive) is linked to the Organiser taxonomy - see attached.

However, on the front end it is showing an error - see screenshot.

This is something that you should be able to help me with. Happy to follow the instructions and provide information about why this Archive is not working. Please let me know

Hello - I was able to fix the error in the page. However, there still seems to be a conflict.

The WP Archive (Product Organiser Archive) is correctly assigned to the Organiser Taxonomy - see screenshot.
But on the Front End there are no items found - see screenshot.
Or other times it pulls a default template.
There seems to be a conflict where I cannot use the Archive created by Toolset..

I used the Debugging tool and these are the related error messages.

The hidden link is rendered by the WordPress archive with id 3504 check this screenshot hidden link

It is not recognized as a WordPress archive or a view. No document type or name, check this hidden link
This is an inconsistency.

I tried to create a new WordPress archive and it was created with the classic editor. So I changed the setting to display both the classic and block editors. Check this screenshot hidden link

I created a new archive "Products Archive - Organiser Taxonomy" and customize it similar to "Product Organiser Archive". It is not working for hidden link

It seems to work. However, I note that you created a new Archive ID 3539 (see attached) and, when I try to edit it, it also gives a wrong ID of 3540 (attached)...so is the error still there? This conflict of post numbers seems to be affecting all the forms and posts in the website..but everything else is showing up fine.

I ran the Toolset debugging tool and the same errors keep popping up related to Toolset files - see below. I think the code with Toolset needs to be fixed
Should I open a new ticket for this?
