post type is hierarchical

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Can you advise if making a post type hierarchical will help with breadcrumbs?

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Breadcrumbs are not a native WordPress feature, and Toolset does not offer such a feature in a shortcode or a block. The breadcrumbs are usually provided by the theme or a 3rd party plugin. Check the following articles about some solutions:
- lien caché
- lien caché

This being said, depending on what solution you choose, the hierarchical feature of a post type may help or not. You will need to evaluate each solution and decide what to use.
