[Assigné] Pages not showing correctly

This support ticket is created Il y a 2 weeks. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to:

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: lien caché

I expected to see: Options to purchase and a description of the product

Instead, I got: Just the title. This is true for all paid products, and everything that is "Dynamically assigned by Toolset"

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I see you are using outdated Toolset plugins.

Just few days back we have big release for many Toolset Plugins:

I suggest you should update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest official release version:
- Go to Plugins → Add New Plugin and click the "Commercial" tab
- Click Check for updates
- Update your site to the newest Toolset plugins

Alternatively, log into your Toolset Account page, click Downloads in the left sidebar and then click Download Toolset manually. Finally, download the plugins you need, and manually upload them to your site.

Please check Downloads page first to ensure the current latest version for all Toolset plugins as we also release few hotfixes after the major release.

Everything has been updated, but all the pages that say "Dynamically Assigned by Toolset" are not showing any text beyond the headline. How do I fix that? And where do I change the formats that are dynamically assigned?

There area a number of templates that say "archive is missing" so I check has archive, but there are no archives. What do I do about that?

Can you please share admin access details as the access details you shared with your initial post does not work and shows the following error message when I try to login to admin:

Error: The username Katie Paine is not registered on this site. If you are unsure of your username, try your email address instead.

Can you please send me working admin access details and let me see whats going worng with your setup.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I can still see the same error when I try to login using the admin access details you shared:

Can you please share exact problem URL where I can see the issue, for now, I've downgrade the Toolset Blocks vesion to 1.6.21.

Once you share the problem URL of your product post I will try to troubleshoot further.

lien caché is a good example, there is no description no purchase options etc. There are a dozen pages with this problem

- Where I can see the template you build that is used to display single post of "training-education"?

Are you sure you are using Toolset content template to display single post of "training-education":

As you can see the above content template is empty. There is nothing added to it.

I finally got the post to display correctly and then suddenly that one post is replicating all over the place and the other ebooks are gone. Same for Courses and all the other things under Ebooks and training. lien caché

I see you are using outdated Toolset plugins.

Can you please try to update to latest Toolset plugins. You can download the latest Toolset plugins from your Account's Downloads page:

Do you see it working once you update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest version?

I suggest you should setup a staging/test site or take full backup of your production site before you go to update process as if anything goes wrong you have a backup to restore.
