[Résolu] lost registration (and cannot reconnect)

hej toolset.
since a few days i receive 'Remember to register Toolset. Registration gives you automatic updates for stability, performance and security.' on my already registered site. also reconnecting does not lead to the default update screen.
first i thought it might be a result of a greedy batch replace action, but i have the same situation also on another registered site that i didn't touch for quite a while.
is there a way to COMPLETELY reset/wipe (only) the registration? (eg in database with phpmyadmin or any file to delete)

Please check these:
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset Types plugin, you can download it here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

2) Follow our document to reset your Toolset site key, and test again:
https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-types-plugin-installed
section "Automatic Installation (once you have Types plugin installed)"

3) Also check if there is any PHP/JS error in your website:
