I'll try to follow your instructions, but since this problem has occurred to more than one sites I'm working on, I'd like to know how this happens, so I can prevent it from showing up in the future!

Would you have any idea?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

There is no other solution available other than the workaround I shared with the reference ticket you shared.

I suggest before doing deletion of records from database please make full backup of your database as in any worst case you can restore it.
