[Résolu] Edit PRF submissions in front-end

Ce fil est résolu. Voici une description du problème et la solution proposée.

Problem:

Edit intermediator post type posts and send email notifications.

Solution:

The many-to-many relationship intermediator post type is also a custom post type, so you can also use Toolset post form to edit it in frontend, for example:

Dear Luo,

Thank you so much for your time on this!

So, I've connected the single job with an Application, and it shows the Edit link when "Edit Others Custom Post with the Form " is selected - at the moment I deselect this one it won't work as I want it to be.

So, I want that this "Edit" link for "Job Applications" relationship to be available only on the Jobs posted from a specific Employer. The "Employer" should Edit only the "Job Applications" at his Jobs posting only.

#2155953

Sorry for the confusion. In my previous Support topic, I've set up that every Applicant can apply for a Job, and that can be every user. So, this "user" creates the "Job Application" relationship post by clicking "Submit" at a single Job post..

Now, I want that the employer to change the Application Status afterwards. So I've added new fields at PRF to set that manually for every job application from the Employer that posted that Job.

If you find the workflow confusing I'd be happy to review it so I can achieve the wanted result.

Thank you for bearing with me until now!

The "Job Application" post is created by Applicant user, in order to let Employer user to edit other user's "Job Application" posts, you need to enable the option I mentioned above:
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/edit-prf-submissions-in-front-end/page/2/#post-2155943

For the workflow issue, it depends on yourself, if you think this workflow satisfy what you want, then you can use this workflow.

Hope it is clear.

Perfect, now we are at the same page.
So, is there any way I can achieve that? So, allowing Employers to "Edit" applications from "Applicants" at their Job posts?

Any suggestions is much appreciated.

#2156013

I guess I've mislead you.

It would be a multiple Employer site, where any Employer can register and post jobs. After receiving applications on their jobs - it is supposed to have the possibility to change the status of "Job Applications" relationship form for their postings only (Accepted, Rejected etc).

Concretely, I want that the user: ofrues1-vln1 (Employer role) to Edit only the Job Applications that are connected with it's own Job postings only (where he is an author, in this case he is an author for "Job YYY" only)

#2156027

If the user: ofrues1-vln1 (any Employer) can be limited can be limited to Edit only the "Job Applications" relationship form where he is the Author of the posted Job, that will resolve my issue.

#2156071

Yep, that did the trick, thank you so much for your help and patience on this! It works like a charm!

#2156077

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!

p.s. I'd really appreciate if can you Hide / Remove any link / slug / relationship / user name from Public view that come up during our correspondence.
