And now when I add one more custom field from that moment is not saved,.after reupload the page I don't see the field. I think abut a bug. The plugin is already updated to the last version.

Hello,

I assume we are talking about custom fields created with Toolset Types plugin, the problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please check these:
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins, you can download them here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to WordPress default theme 2022, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets, and test again
3) Also check if there is any PHP/JS error in your website:
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/
4) If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, you can put the package files in your own google drive disk, share the link only, also point out the problem post URLs, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

Hi Luo, can I share with you directly the access of the website?

#2373857

Please backup your website, then provide your website credentials + FTP/SFTP access in below private message box, also point out the problem field group URLs.

#2373979

Sorry miss the link of the custom field group: hidden link

Please, in the background tool of tolset I didn't find the possibility to background the custom fields groups (only layout, views, access, etc.)

Please check these:
Dashboard-> Tools-> Site Health-> Information:
In section "Server", row "Variabile PHP max input", the value is 1000.
It is not enough to manage lots of custom fields in same field group, you need to increase the limitation to 3000 or above

Please contact your web server provider to increase it.

Thank you, great. I fix the problem now.
But, with this problme I lost some cutom fields. Whena i tried to saved, few days ago, it doesn't save new fields and also delete some of old fields.
Is it possible to find e+and restore it? becouse if I try to add the a new field fild with the old slug it say that the slug is already in use (but it is not visilbe). I think means the old fields deleted are in the dataase yet. How can I restore them?

Hi,

Luo is on vacation, so I'll be following up on this ticket.

Please go to WP Admin -> Toolset -> Custom Fields and you'll see a button for "Post Field Control".

From there, you'll be able to restore the orphaned/unassigned custom fields, into their respective field groups.

regards,
Waqar
