[Closed] cannot install any reference site

trying to install a reference site - keeps telling me i need a plugin (Ultimate Addons for Gutenberg) which is installed although the original plugin has been updated and renamed as spectra so does not seem to detect it. Also keeps telling me You need one of Astra, GeneratePress or OceanWP theme installed and active in your network. Astra is INSTALLED and default.

To be able to install the reference site you need to have the Toolset Framework Installer plugin.
