This started happening after we made some updates to the site plugins
The issue is [wpv-post-title] gives incorrect output. Inside query loop, the post object is being reset to either queried object post, or first post of the loop . .
Example :

Odd thing is that [wpv-post-title] inside alt tag is working properly . .
