The option to add WPML Groups disappeared from Toolset Access Control, even with the required Toolset and WPML plugins active.
Solution:
The issue was confirmed as a Toolset Access bug and reported to the development team for an upcoming release. As a temporary workaround, downgrade Toolset Access to version 2.9.5, which restores the WPML Groups option.

I am trying to: The option to add WPML Groups to Toolset Access Controls seems to have disappeared. Both Toolset Access and WPML with CMS and String Translations have been installed and used before.

I expected to see: the option to add WPML Groups
Instead, I got: no option for WPML Groups
Tried it on both a copy with only essential plugins and theme, plus on your sandbox staging area: in both cases the WPML Groups function just doesn't show up.
