What Version Of Places API Does Toolset Maps Use?

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

We received an email from Google Maps that they are transitioning the "Places API" to Legacy status, and recommending to instead use "Places API (New)". Does Toolset Maps use this API, and if so, which one? If you're using the old one, will you be switching to the new one?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

We are using the legacy version currently and yes we do have palns to update the places API but there in no fixed date. But we will allow the new Places API to settle down and then we will plan accordingly.
