Problem:
I am trying to update any of my views or change toolset settings.
When trying to enable Debugging with toolset in the Front-end Content tab, I get: Saving failed. Please reload the page and try again.
When I try to update a view, i get: One or more sections haven't been saved.
Solution:
It is a user role permission issue, you can enable permission "toolset_edit_views", like this:

Thanks for the details, I have done below modifications in your website:
1) Install and activate Toolset Access plugin in your website, you can download it here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
2) Dashboard-> Toolset-> Access Control-> Custom Roles
Click button "Enable advanced mode", change permissions of user role "Administrator", enable option "toolset_edit_views", see my screenshot edit-view.JPG
3) Deactivate Toolset Access plugin, test it again, it works fine in your website, can you confirm it? thanks
